Can I wash my hair after a color service?
Yes, as long as it is a shampoo for color care. This will help to protect your investment for a longer period of time.
Should I wash my hair before I do a color treatment?
Yes, clean hair allows products to perform better. Hair build-up doesn't allow products to perform at its 100%.
What happens if I am late for my appointment?
We understand there can traffic or delays, but if you are more than 15 minutes late, please call to notify of delays and we will try our best to honor your appointment.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes, we do offer free consultations for all of the services and there is no obligation to make an appointment. A free consultation will allow you to get to know the hairdresser and help you to decide if this is the right salon for you.
What's the best way to get there by Subway, Car or Bike?
Subway: The A, C, E, and L subway lines stop about six blocks from the Museum at 14th Street and 8th Avenue. Parking: There are numerous parking garages in the area including three ICON parking facilities nearby, at 99 Jane Street, 134–36 Jane Street, and 385 West 15th Street. Bicycles: Bicycle racks are available in the front of the Museum, and Citi Bike docks are located at the southwest corner of Gansevoort and Washington Streets.
